Grown at Gungegiri Estate in Karnataka, this light roast reflects a careful honey process shaped by time and attention. The cherries are pulped using spring water, then fermented anaerobically for 29 hours to build structure and depth. After fermentation, the coffee is heaped for two days and gently sprayed with natural unrefined sugars before being slow-dried on raised beds for 20 days.
In the cup, you’ll find notes of lime zest, caramel and cocoa coming together in a layered yet composed profile.
